Meat Administration Trade Awards reveals winners for 2023

The Meat Administration Trade Awards has introduced the winners of its annual awards programme honouring one of the best of the British and Irish meat industries.

The Meat Administration Trade Awards 2023 winners and host Mark Watson with their trophies aloft.

Held on the Hilton Birmingham Metropole on twelfth September, the awards ceremony and black-tie dinner highlighted the creativity, innovation and excellence of the UK’s meat business.

Producers, supermarkets, business suppliers, commerce organisations, catering butchers, impartial retailers and excellent people have been amongst these recognised throughout a complete of 20 awards.

Comic and host of this 12 months’s ceremony Mark Watson introduced winners with their trophies and certificates.

The coveted Excellence Award title went to Invoice Jermey, chairman of the Institute of Meat. This prestigious award goes to a person who has made an impressive contribution the British meat business. Jermey’s contribution to coaching and schooling throughout the sector is immense, making him an business stalwart and worthy winner of this accolade.

One other of the evening’s most prestigious awards, Younger Supervisor of the Yr, was gained by Grace Walker of Warrendale Wagyu.
